2018年6月28日，中國石油聯盟主席李丕龍、神州聯合能源控股（北京）有限公司副總經理施鳳成，東營明德石油科技有限公司總經理于敦源、中天油石油天然氣有限公司董事長張苓、國能環科油田事業部總經理張一清一行到訪公司。董事長總經理李月廷主持會議，公司國際事業部經理張永斌、總地質師蔣福修、中石大（新疆）研究院院長苗萬中、副總工程師苗紅生、泥漿總監沈衛平參加了會議。
為了加快推動車臣項目的相關業務展，中國石油聯盟、正通油氣及中石大（新疆）研究院三方召開了這次專題討論會。對前期工作進行了總結，對車臣項目增產計劃、勘探項目推進工作、目前設備準備及推進情況進行了部署和交流。
聯盟主席李丕龍指出，正通油氣要盡快做好項目啟動工作；派駐車臣員工要掌握好方式方法，務必要把我們的施工理念灌輸給當地員工，掌握政策靈活應對，及時匯報工作動態。
會議還討論和交流了其他事項。
On June 28, 2018, Li Pilong，the chairman of the China Petroleum Union,
Shi Fengcheng , deputy general manager of Shenzhou United Energy Holdings (Beijing) Co., Ltd., Yu Dunyuan, general manager of Dongying Mingde Petroleum Technology Co., Ltd., Zhang Ling, chairman of Zhongtianyou Oil & Gas Co., Ltd.，and Zhang Yiqing, general manager of the oilfield division ,visited the company.
Li Yueting ,Chairman & General Manager, presided over the meeting. Zhang Yongbin,the company's international business manager ,Jiang Fuxiu，general geologist, Miao Wanzhong,Zhongshida (Xinjiang) research Institute Dean ，Miao Hongsheng, Deputy chief engineer ，Shen Weiping， MUD Director ，participated in the meeting. In order to speed up the business exhibition of the Chechen project, the symposium was held by the China Petroleum Alliance, the Zhengtong oil &gas and the Zhongshida (Xinjiang) research Institute.
This paper summarizes the preliminary work, and deploys and exchanges the production plan of the Chechen project, the promotion work of the Exploration project, the preparation and promotion of the equipment at present.
Li Pilong pointed out that the Zhengtong oil and gas Company should do a good job in starting the project as soon as possible. The presence of Chechen employees must master the way, and it is important to inculcate our construction concept in the local staff so that they can master the policy flexible response and report on the work timely.
Other matters were also discussed and exchanged at the meeting.
